FY2025 IP Collegium Meeting

We held the IP Collegium Members’ Meeting in Tokyo as outlined below.
The meeting provided a valuable opportunity for members to reunite and exchange diverse, practice-oriented perspectives. Participants shared updates on the legal landscape and the responses and challenges faced by governments and IP offices in their respective countries, deepening our understanding of the role of intellectual property in the AI era.
During the Q&A session, discussions focused on practical issues such as how to manage AI as a tool and how to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data. These exchanges highlighted important viewpoints for the future of AI and IP practice, making the meeting an insightful and forward-looking forum.
